Neurodivergent+ Creative Arts Organisation in Kent

Weird and Wonderful MixMatched Performance Night

A huge thank you to everyone who came to our first event back in Margate in 2024 – and to the Margate Arts Club for making your space so warm and welcoming for us.

It was a wonderful (and weird!) evening of sumptuous delights, from a unique comedy act delivered from the future (wearing shorts!) to some rousing poetry about what it is to have the courage to be an artist. There was also some eye-catching artwork and fabulous costumes displayed during the night, which really took the theme to the next level!

Comedy performances that had us in stitches, and personal poems and speeches that moved us deeply – a big well done to all our performers and their many talents! AND A ESPESHALLY BIG SHOUT OUT to Allen English who came all the way down from London to share some esquisite and profound poetry upon Neurodivergent+ insght and experience (such as ‘snakes in my brain’ and ‘falling fowards) Hopefully he’ll be one of many guest acts!  😊

Thank you again to all of our supporters, to our faithful cameraman, Simon Kempthorne, and to our extra special honorary host and MixMatched regular, Adam Dorr.
