Neurodivergent+ Creative Arts Organisation in Kent

ADAM DORR, MixMatched Apprentice, HOSTS HIS NEW REGULAR NEURODIVERGENT+ NIGHT ‘FUNNY FOLKS’!

Adam Dorr, MixMatched Star, and star in his own right, has not only helped contribute to many a MixMatched and MadMatched performance night, but now hosts his own extremely popular Neurodivergent+ friendly night, ‘Funny Folk’ in Folkstone!

Adam Dorr has just gone from strength to strength; one of my drama students at the University of Kent, Adam Dorr attended MixMatched, having never performed previously, at first just to watch….

He soon became a regular comedy performer… and then soon after that, his career took a life of its own! Not only has he performed his own full-lengh act ‘In-Adam-Quate’ at Faversham Fringe, performed as a member of Autistic Assemble, AND performed at so many other comedy nights around Kent and London that it might make your head spin… he’s now also hosting his own extremely popular night, Funny Folk. He is a member of Kent Comedy Club, and uses his numerous connections to create accessible and neurodivergent+ friendly comedy nights.

We could not be prouder to see a member of our community excel and be jet-propelled into performance, a field that so desperately needs voices like Adam’s that combine humour with compassion and advocate so strongly with Neurodivergent+ kinfolk.
